Message of not having a radio and didnt feel like bucking up the cash for the OEM brackets in my beater and then have to cut up the OEM brackets just to make my speakers fit. The ones I installed the bolt holes all lined up pretty well, but i did have to extend the top one a tiny bit for a good fit, which was easy since its plastic. My install was a little different that alot as I installed component speakers in the bracket with the crossover mounted to the back, but i was able to get the tweeter and crossover to fit just fine.

The one issue i did come across was that when my 6.5" woofer's excursion on any kind of bass at mid-volume and up, the rubber surround was making contact with a rib along the inside of the door panel. Luckily there was enough material in there that i was able to dremel it away without putting a hole through the door. Also with these mounted i noticed that when the window goes down it slightly hits the magnet on the speaker. Not enough where its an issue, just enough to see the speaker move a bit when i ran the window down before putting the door panel back on. All that aside, they are installed now, the door panels are back on and the speakers sound good.
