Message	I would like to work on my car in front of my house, and IMO that's okay because I clean up after myself. But I don't want my neighbor, who is a slob, taking his car apart and leaving parts all over the place for months at at time. How do we write laws that easily distinguish my method from his method? It's pretty hard to do.
