Message	as much as possible. Id not play load music, id not draw attention to my garage, id keep the yard clean. Dont rev engines late at night, to peel out on your street or neighborhood or drive fast through it. You dont want to piss off your neighbors and make them find a reason to piss you off. Id also call it a storage lift, if your not billing anyone than its not a service lift. If its a reaccuring problem, dont pay for a lawyer but consult on, anyone should have a right to "store" a car in their garage. If its HOA Talk to the HOA, If its city good luck.
