Message	But the oil intervals have always been high. The manual for my 93 Integra said every 7500 miles and so did my 02 SC430. I always changed every 5K to make it easy to remember but seeing that the manual wants ever 5000 miles for the Z, I do every 3K.. which is very hard to remember with out the stickers.. I think more than what oil you use, its how you drive that determines how long the motor lasts.. My 93 integra only got 120K on the motor and my sisters 91 Integra got almost 200K and she only changed the oil like maybe 10 times.. serious.. Ken 91TT
