Your question is really vague and it is practically impossible for anyone with the type of knowledge that could best help/guide you to know what to tell you if you don't provide any information about how the engine is going to be built, ie....what turbos, what sensors, what internals, what fuel, etc etc etc....much less what you plan to do with it or what the goals are.
