Message	Ive had customers call in and complain that we "rip them off" by charging 200+ in labor book time for a job (i.e. spark plug replacement on their whatever car)... and watched a youtube how to video.. 30 mins later they did the job themselves and we are overcharging shady sob's :) lol But yeah the bandwidth thing would kill it. Thats what youtube is for !
