Message	The basics are the following...... Stick or Auto will not activate the VTC with Neutral switch ON. On a stick, you can simply unplug the neutral switch to get a neutral off signal and the VTC will work as long as the ECU receives the other signals needed for VTC activation. When you put a AUTO in drive, the ignition timing advances 10 degree's at idle.
