Subject	Can someone who is good with suspension explain something?

Message	Hey guys... so I was chasing what I thought was a rattle in my shocks. Turned out to be the sway bar. So I tightened the links, the noise went away, for about fifty miles, and came back louder than before. So last night I lenghtened the links, and that has again eliminated the noise, but for how long? So can someone explain to me the proper procedure for adjusting the sway bar end links? Thanks.
