Message	is equally terrible, if not worst. I bought a kit that was defective right out of the box. It took almost two months to get my money back from PayPal. My DDM Tuning kit took about three weeks to come in from China. The bulbs colors did not match, both ballasts made high pitch humming sounds, and one of the connectors had the wires crossed. I ended up buying my HID kit from the theretrofitsource.com. Excellent quality product and customer service. After month of use I couldn't be happier. Also, if your low beams are that bad, perhaps you need to have your headlights aligned.
