Run the 275 or 285/35. Plenty of grip, amazing tire for the money. I run them ON TRACK when my stickies are dead or when the weather isn't sticky-tire appropriate. I use the 285s on my Z32, and no they can't hold 1st or 2nd very well, that's just too much to ask for out of ANY tire. They are amazing. An alternative is the Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec in 275/35. A little better when they are cold than the RS3, but not as good as the RS3 when both are warmed up a touch or when the pavement is warm. Cheers, SS
