| It would be an awesome experience, take notes and attend class every day you can. I received a 2 year diploma from FerrisState in auto technology in a chrysler specialized program working hands on diagnosing electrical issues, braking issues.. all kinds of stuff and fixing them... and then added a 2 year degree in auto. management. Before that I was a technician at a Chrysler dealer for a couple years. Definitley look into getting a diploma.. at least a 2yr degree from a good university. I can tell you that all that schooling and even most of the things I learned at the dealer apply to simple things like understanding how to do brakes, suspension, and having PATIENCE with things (lol) Nothing compares to hands on experience with the Z32! All that class time doesnt even compare to doing the real deal.. but worth it? indeed. You can be the smartest dude in the classroom, but that same dude picks up a wrench and doesn't know where to begin. But heck yea, sign up in some kind of auto classes and go to town.
