Message	New Garrett CHRA's make the turbo essentially brand new, because all the moving parts have been replaced with a factory assembly. If Z1 used one of their homegrown "new" CHRA's, then that's a different story. As you've probably read a million times on here, it doesnt pay to rebuild a CHRA, better to get a new one or a good used unit.
