Subject	Leaking Z1 rebuilt stock turbos scrap?

Message	Made the mistake of having Z1 rebuild my stock turbos with new CHRA's. Both leak oil out of the bottom of the seal, on the exhaust side. Oil accumulates, and the cokes up. I can see it when I look at the bottom of the turbos when the cars on the lift. Car blows smoke on decel/ vaccum. Is EVERTHING scrap, or can these be cracked open and re-rebuilt using the existing CHRA's which have under 1000k on them? (btw, these are 2 yrs old. Haven't even bothered bringing it up with Z1 since I'd never get anywhere with them)
