Message	which end up with you guilty. For example, I once went to all the trouble to prove that I could not have been doing the speed on the ticket, thinking that would negate the ticket. The judge told me that the violation is the same, if I was speeding at all, no matter how fast I was going. ..... 1 mph over is illegal. If nothing else, they can get you because doing the speed limit can be cited if it's not prudent to do so. The officer can simply say that he put his estimate on the ticket, but that you were speeding based on his trained eye, and you pay.
