Message	tape off the oil cap area, secondly where the PCV hoses go where not taped off either. The story they charged you more because of the paint having to be removed is BS, since they needed to degrease and soda blast the parts anyway. Any reputable PC would do that for much less and do a better job. Last how could they could not get wrinkle finish in time any good powder coater normally carries those finishes. If you are happy that is what is important.
