Message	and a dog engagement box. A sequential gearbox means you are forced to go through every gear. i.e. if you want to go from 4 to 2, you would have to go through 3 to get to 2. A dog engagement box is just that - you can shift with out use of the clutch, but you do have to ease off the gas pedal.
