it'll take you years before you finish that list, and by the time you're half way through, new stuff will come out. It's taken me 3.5-4 years to have what's in my mods list and still not "satisfied"/done. An FYI, AK is a well known very high end, no bullshit paint shop. $2500? Yup, they charge you up the ass, but make your car perfect. They quoted me $1000, and $800 to fix both my fibreglass fenders, which someone kicked, and ICBC denied and said I did it myself. If I were you, i'd do some research and just find a dip shop in Surrey that can make it "good enough"...or even better, if it's not embarrassing, live with it till the time is right, then go to AK. You live on the mainland now, so stop talking about duty. Get off your ass and drive down to Blaine or Pt. Roberts in WA to pick up your packages. You're allowed to bring back $150 per person per day from the states, but they've waved me through numerous times at orders around $300 without paying taxes or duty. I go to Pt. Roberts and go to [ www.tsbshipping.com ] to mail all my packages and pick up. It'll cost you ~$5 (depending on size/weight) for them to hold your package, and you get to enjoy the benefit of US shipping prices. Do you have money? Or planning to go piece by piece, slowly for the next while? I'd do brakes first, get new lines, rebuild the calipers (new orings, clean pistons, etc), good blue brake fluid. Get the 300* master cylinder brace. Change your rotors/pads when they're getting finished up...i'm sure you have some time to figure out what you want for it then. Suspension, that's on you. Only you know when the time is right to do that maintenance. Have issues that are of a safety concern? fix it. Get the selin, and wrap our HID ballasts with tinfoil (search it). Driveshaft makes a huge difference in comfort, but I wouldn't change it unless i've run out of things to change. When you get there, THEN decide the next steps. That'll take you to Christmas, which then, you'll find some nice deals and adjust your priority list slightly.
