Ams knocks off, literally. Meaning they duplicate what SPL and others are selling, often with low quality materials. ex. A friend of mine removed some AMS brake pads, and those had to be the worst quality brake pads i've ever seen. Literally, the crap was flaking off after only a few short miles and there was brake dust for days all over the wheel well and the wheels. Now, i'm not arguing here, mainly providing info into this matter so others can form their own opinions. Hoever, from what i've read already on other forums in the case of their coilovers, Stance USA, is either; Using the same manufacturer that SPL is using for the tension rods, given that they are using a manufacturer for their coilovers and not performing 'knock offs'. Or, they could have just made their own tension rods for each platform they sell tension rods for, (highly doubtful given the serious amount of labor and test fitting this would entail, on each vehicle they sell tension rods for.) And their design just so happens to look like SPL's design. I mean, it should considering there aren't many ways to design a tension rod anyway. Or they could very well be knocking off SPL's tension rods, but I would wager that they wouldn't be doing that sicne they don't knock off their coilovers. why not buy from a suspension parts manufacturer and brand their name on it for profit without having to invest in raw materials, mockup, production and R&D for each car they sell parts for, just like every other aftermarket company does?
