Subject	quick cam bracket question

Message	so pulling my cams to get my old lifters out, i found a couple of the bolts would frozen on the cap...i can slide most bolts out and what not but there are about 4-5 bolts that are just stuck in there, i can turn them back into the heads with effort but would like to figure out how i can free them up so they slide out freely, any ideas? (the threads aren't stripped in any of them)
