Message	because of the weird way you worded the question, im curious if you really understand the function of a sway bar. Why would expect to feel it through the steering wheel? The sway bar controls unwanted body roll. There shouldn't be much of an effect "through the steering wheel" but you will notice a lot more side to side body rotation in turns. you will also notice increased front end lift on hard launches, which is beneficial for launch traction. Antihero Putting AMS garbage, and $500 ebay wheels on a Z is like dressing a Victorias Secret model in a Walmart dress and Payless shoes. You're embarrassing yourself.
