Message	I have an old school phillips ballast with rebased bulbs...they are much better (brighter) than the DDM garbage. The reason? The HID capsule within the bulb is in a different location on the DDM vs the rebased D2S. This makes the light source out of focus relative to the reflector/lens assembly.
