| Yep. 99% of all issues can be dealt with by contacting the vendor. I understand individuals get upset and frustrated but not giving the individual/company a chance to help/assist in making things right first makes things severly worse not only for the OP but for the vendor. No one likes having to read instances like this and all it takes the majority of the time is a phone call/email to ensure everyone is on the same page. It really gets to ppl when posts like this are made. You never really give the company a chance to offer help and or aid in fixing your problem/delima. I'd give Ash a call or email him. Exhaust every avenue possible in getting in touch with him...if that doesn't work then the only recourse would be to go this route but I'd post about not being able to get ahold of XYZ rather than make a negative post about issues. In any event, I hope you get your issues resolved. I know Ash can help you in any way he can to remedy the problem. Good luck
