Message	Just wondering because if the frequency or pulse width is high enough the LED would appear to be on solid right? Good suggestion though. I did try to use my fluke 87 multi meter to observe the duty cycle but Im not sure if I was using the duty cycle function correctly because the numbers I was seeing were inconclusive. Perhaps out of range...I don't know.
