you won't find much of your business from this forum. For that amount of money, I can't stop thinking about things any one of us would want to upgrade over the tail lights, especially since jspec tails are more than satisfactory as a current, unbelievably-cheaper option than what you're stating here. This thread is a waste of time, you won't ever produce what you're stating or you'd have done it already without asking, the same way every other vendor here has done it. If you don't know the market well enough to not have to ask, you're doomed already. Welcome to tt.net.
