I do not know how you are reasoning this, because when you modify any part of a car, the chances of someone looking to buy that car with the same taste in aftermarket parts as you, goes down by a wide margin. Isn't that like a quintessential "Automotive resale 101" rule of thumb your Dad taught you when you were young? I just had to explain that... Hmm
