Message	a while. Seems they need to take things apart and regrease every so often. Maybe a new design like this to better retain the grease would be worth investigating. Maybe zerk fittings as they suggest, although it sounds like there is not a lot of room within the joint to inject grease (only going by the descriptions given herein).
