cut up part of the harness and move the 2 big connectors that sit on a bracket at the top of the fuse block along the frame rail. The next biggest thing to do is relocate ALL of your vacuum/boost lines that either sit on top or weave around the stock intake/IC piping. Again, moving it along the bottom of the frame rail is where I found it best. Both my wastegate lines "T" under the front part of the oil pan and run along the DS frame rail. The ones that come off the intake pipes go along the frame rail as well on each respective side and make their way to the front where they T to the boost solenoid.
The big question to ask yourself is how often do you drive your Z in the rain. Under the headlight(hate that idea) it's technically protected somewhat and some have suggested putting strips of insulation that comes in a 1 sided sticky role along the base of the fuse block, that way, when you put the cover on, it makes it more water tight.
