Once you are over 100k it really doesn't matter how much over it you are, the chassis is worn, all bushings are worn, fasteners are worn or seized, etc etc etc...with that said just based on the limited info in your post, your price sounds ok so long as the car is in proper shape. Spare yourself the nonsense and;
-Make a normal "for sale" ad
-Do not make any notion of being open to a trade
-Sell car
-Buy what you want afterwards
