Message	thighs hit the steering wheel. You can take the two bolts that hold it up and take out the spacers, add washers to the bottom and gain a 1/2 of thigh room or so, you could do the opposite to drop it down, and just add washers to the top. As far as a functioning tilt, I don't have any idea. I tried searching before I did this, but to no avail.
