Message	limited number of people. Who wants to buy a very expensive raffle ticket knowing that the raffle won't happen until another 99 $100 tickets are sold. Ruling out a fair number of persons who purchase more than one ticket each, another 90+ people will have to participate before the raffle even happens. This raffle can be too easily seen as a potential scam perpetrated on the gullible. What guarantee is that this raffle will ever take place? What will happen to my money if not enough tickets are sold? Can I trust the raffler to return my money? The ticket price point is extremely high. Who wants to spend $100 for a 1 in 100 chance of winning a used car? Chance favors the informed
