| [ http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2444271/PCV-DeleteBypass-Info-you-should-know.html ] I think yours make sense. Another main point was that the PCV's worked to pull fresh air through the crank case and have the contaminated air blown into the plenum to be burnt off. At least thats what I got from some people arguments. Thing is thats not quite the case with the stock setup anyway. At least not how I see it. My question is, with the stock pcv system, when the plenum is under vacuum pulling air from the LH exhaust cover will this draw in fresh air through the intake valve cover? Thus exchanging the blow-by with fresh metered air? If this isnt the case then it might as well be deleted. Thing is on a boosted engine (and my view changes after reading the post in the link above) there is a lot of time spent driving when the plenum is under positive pressure. So when the valves close the positive pressure in the crank case would be pushed through the intake valve ports into the turbo intake. At this time no fresh air (if that theory is true) is coming into the crank case. So may as well delete is and just run a catch can off the intake cam cover.
