Message	they're two different things. It's pretty easy to roll the inside of the fenders to give you an extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch. You sacrifice a bit of the fender's strength and open up the possibility of rust issues due to moisture settling in the fold. Pulling the fenders out is a different story. I don't know much about it, but I'd like to see how it's done.
