Some are suggesting using the pump to empty the tank, but if you aren't trying to use a different fuel type and are trying to get rid of dirt/sludge/junk then that is not sufficient. The 2+0's have drains mainly because turbos need to have clean fuel more than non-turbos. If you lose fuel pressure in a non-turbo the penalty is practically non-existent. If you lose pressure in a TT while boosting the result can be catastrophic.
Sorry bro, if you need to clean the tank of a 2+2 (possible in 20 yr old cars) then you'll have to drop the tank.
