Message	But why cant you just be this attentive when people try to call or email? When I've placed orders online they have been shipped promptly, so I have no complaints about that, but my personal experience is that emails are often not returned and its very difficult to get anyone by phone. The majority experience of others seems to mirror my own. Just something to think about going forward.
