Message	Yes that is the correct thread for the sandwich adapter. The part listed is thermostatic - be careful as I think they also sell the non-thermostatic version. The lube makes it easier to assemble the hose and fittings. Basically lube the inside of the hose and the outside of the fitting and press them together - no special tools needed. The 90 degree elbows are fine coming off the sandwich adapter. 45 would probably be fine as well. Hope this helps
