Subject	rebuild current motor or purchase jdm?

Message	I have a 91 Twin Turbo z 300zx. the powertrain is completely out of the car. the vg30dett has roughly 170k on it and has blown head gasket and one turbo is leaking. Is it better to buy a used low mileage jdm vg30dett or should i rebuild the current motor i have?
