That the 500/550/T28 is starting to choke @ ~440 rwhp, not from wheel size, but from housing size, and, related to housing size, heat saturation.. *good ICs* are going to counteract this a small amount, but I think the main part to overcome is that T2 compressor housing that can only 'diffuse' so much CFM of air.. Properly tuned, you can probably hit 475 rwhp on t28's..
