does it matter if the engine has been siting for a long time, ie: if the oil has drained from the lifters? (I'm pretty ignorant about how hydraulic lifters work) Also, I've had my timing belt and cam sprockets off for quite a while, the cams/crank havn't been rotated significantly the entire time, and heads havn't been removed, but could have been jostled. When I reattach the cam sprockets and put the timing belt back on how can I verify that everything is where it should be? Is this in the FSM?
