Message	is a clear cut plan of action for reimbursing those who have bought your CNC V1's, whether refunds (doubtful based on all the crap I heard when I called your customer service to report my findings when I 1st attempted to install theses ages ago, when all the "found faults" were "just" really coming to be common knowledge in the mass Z32 community (tt.net or 3zc.com,etc..) V2's are all nice and dandy, but I personally own the CNC V1's and I am NOT happy with all I had to go through to make these paperweights work "good enough" on my baby. So what does Z1 intended to offer for US that trusted this product, but got shafted by the V1's? I would be satisfied with a free upgrade to V2's, and I pay for shipping.
