Message	Well there has been a couple setbacks but I am almost ready to move forward with production. The major issue was the cost, the quote for the CNC milling came in over 4X what was expected making it impossible for me to stay anywhere close to the $450-500 price point. At this time I have decided to manually machine the outside details which will dramatically increase the amount of labor/time per part but it will allow me to keep the prices where they should be. The bore and outside of the barrell will still be CNCd which is the important part. I have a new double-lip seal on order which should arrive any day (enough for one pair) and after they are tested I will order a large amount to cover the intial run of 25 sets. I will start a list for the first run but I do not wish to take any deposits at this time. After the new seals pass the test then I may look for $50 deposit to help offset the cost of materials. There are about 6 people on the list so far. Feel free to post here or email me to get your name on the list.
