Message experience...

I used a much heavier weight oil and I kept the rpm's below 5k, and did hard pulls for the 1st 20 miles, and allowed it to coast in gear under "high" vacuum and down shifted mainly to slow her down, (keeping the motor under a more aggressive load) , I rarely used the brakes to slow her down in the beginning.. Did this more or less for the 1st 1250 miles, along with the conventional oil changes.. Once I hit 1500, I switched to synthetic, and kept the same driving style till 2000 miles, 1 more synthetic oil change..

I kept boost @ 10psi or less throughout the process.. As the mileage grew during the hard break-in, I could feel the motor "sealing" up and becoming more "peppy" after the 1st 700 miles or so.. (gave me a cheesy grin @ the time). I would let the motor cool down for hours, before I would take her out for some more break-in fun... (promoting better heat cycling from bone cold to operating temps, over and over again in this cycling order)

The ending results speak for themselves: Rock solid perfect HIGH compression #'s across the board with ZERO variations between cylinders... ZERO oil being burnt or observed from my exhaust... So the byproduct is she's insanely peppy off boost because of it :)
