I don't have ABS on my car (Miata) and the first time I took it on track I locked the brakes up quite a few times. When tracking an ABS-equipped Miata I found I had more confidence braking later, and could generally push the car harder because I wasn't so worried about locking up the brakes during hard late braking. Hell, I even locked up the brakes quite a bit at the auto-x when ZCon was in Syracuse. Having ABS probably would have saved me nearly a second on that one lap (which I don't remember being that terrible to begin with). Unless you can honestly say you are very good at threshold braking, I would leave the ABS.
