contracting official, I sometimes had the occasion to have a less than scrupulous vendor query me as to how he might make it worth my while to consider his proposal over the competitions'. When they asked me what it might take to "get in the game", I simply pointed to the wall. Obviously there were no takers because I'm still driving the Z.
