Message	And yes, if I told a mechanic my car had a remote start on it, and the car was started via the remote and rolled into another car, you bet your ass I'd ask why the button was pushed. That would probably be the first question/comment out of my mouth, actually. When I was a professional mechanic I wouldn't just randomly press buttons on remotes (or dashes for that matter) for people's cars. I would say *that* would be the only chance you have at a claim of negligence or some kind of "deliberate" wrongdoing since he had no reason whatsoever to push the button.
