It would be one thing if I tried to contact Z1 once but it was several times I've had this problem, the ONLY 2 times I got through over the last 6-7 years with customer service e-mail or phone is (1) when my brake pads weren't shipping which btw took me a few attempts and (2) when I had questions about converting N/A to TT. I would've tried getting through Z1 customer support but I assumed I would have the same trouble trying to get through
