Message 1) I have dealt with Z1 for close to a decade...and spent more money with them than I care to add up. They have gone out of their way to help me with projects and spent hours (literally) helping troubleshoot issues. Do they answer the phone every time I call? No. But neither do most small companies that I do business with. Growing a business is a 24/7 balancing act that most of you probably have zero experience with. Over the years that I have done business with them they have made mistakes. I have had parts not fit, incorrect orders...etc. EVERY TIME they have made it right which says a lot to me. People are going to make mistakes...how they handle these mistakes is what really shows their character. Russel, Josh, John, Dustin have all been great to work with over the years and will continue to get my business.

2) AMS. For all of you who are nazi's about this Ill bet you support WAY worse business practices everyday. Do you shop at Walmart? Do some research on what they have been found guilty of. Look up some of the terrible shit that has been done to get the gasoline to the pump where you fill up. If you want to be hardcore fine...but do it across the board instead of being a keyboard commando here and then going to support people who exploit children in the real world.

3) If you look at how Russell responds to these threads (from what I have seen) it is always in a helpful professional manner. The dude obviously cares about his company and handles things like this with way more class than is deserved. To me that also speaks volumes about him / his company. Most of you wouldn't handle your company being trashed publicly as well as he continually does.
