Yeah, I'm still trying to sell it. I'm just going to have to eat $1k since I can't raise the asking price to compensate. Starting from day 1 in VA, it will still be for sale. That's why I was trying so hard to get is sold here. Unfortunately, I was not willing to take the $6k that the guy showed up with and his loan got disapproved for the rest.
