Suspension can be #1 if yours is bad, but ECU can't be number 2. When you tune an ECU it takes into account all the parts you have right now, injectors, Intercoolers, exhaust, boost, intake, etc. I'm sorry to say it, but unless you want to keep paying for tunes you should be getting almost *all* of that stuff done at the same time. (IC's, depending on the type can wait for a tune, maybe even an exhaust, but not at the same time) Lightened flywheel? I would only do it in conjunction with a light pulley, it puts the crank out of balance. (Mine is out of balance for now and not for long)
