Message	if they do it carefully. I would suggest taking good photos so you can prove if there is any damage done afterwards. Even the hood liner can be removed with no damage if done properly. Note that they will probably destroy the clips (both door panel and hood insulation) in the process and they should replace them with new ones. If the work is done by a reputable shop they should repair or replace any damage done in the process of fixing other damage.
