Message	Possible for sure, but seeing how this isn't the first fly in this ointment.....benefit of the doubt is no longer with Z1 anymore. Knowing nothing about this Cedrick guy, who knows. He doesn't post here much so we don't really know too much about his character either. Pretty tough to take sides, but two things should be really plain..... 1) 18 months and this all came down to the day of expected delivery??? Honestly, the car should have been done and waiting on him well in advance, any post-work "uh-oh's" caught in the meantime before a truck shows up to pick it up. THIS is a mark of professionalism. 2) I am to date, however many years here, yet to see a SINGLE post like this from a customer newly returned from Specialty Z or Harry aka Ztuner. This should speak volumes to people by now. Yeah Cedrick is new here, but he got referred to Z1 somewhere (like we need to ask), so was obviously asking around, and would have been spared all of this had he asked here. Cedrick, I hope you get this fixed at minimal cost to you, but more importantly I hope you take away the lesson that TTnet will not lead you into these types of headaches in the future. Sound advice, even if it means upsetting certain people and certain types of people, will always be dispensed to those genuinely in need. That is the reason this site is still going and has so much influence.
